Is your child interested in photography or looking for a creative outlet? Or maybe he/she is exploring different hobbies and/or wants to develop new skills or heighten existing skills. This is the perfect opportunity.
Farm ‘n Focus – will give a reason for your child to get “out” and get “in” touch. They will connect to their creative side, nature, and with the critters here on the farm.
Then, teaches them how to capture the moment. This camp enhances your child’s ability regardless of what level they are at. Whether they have been doing photography for years or just having fun – this camp is for them. (Ages 8 and up)
The participants will be matched up with a mentor photographer. Then, together they will roam around and capture the farm through their lens. When they are finished they will have the opportunity to choose and edit their favorite shot that will then be framed and added as a silent auction item to help raise funds to support our efforts here at The Charm Farm! A great way for the youths to learn a skill, express their creativity, and contribute to a great cause. Your child’s work will also be featured on our website.
A professional camera is not required. Any digital camera or smartphone camera will work. If your child wants to be part of this and does not have a camera, please let us know. We have a lot of Charm Farm supporters that may have one to borrow.
The cost is $35 and includes food, critter-cuddles, and horse-back riding.
Food is served from 5 PM to 5:45PM and family is welcome to join ($7 dollars each additional person)
